Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Paaji Hosting Ltd (“HostingPanel”, “we”). Creating an account, placing an order, or using any service means you accept them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the SLA, and the Privacy Policy, which are part of this agreement.

2. Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate account and billing details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite; roles (owner, admin, member) control what each member can do, and the owner remains responsible for all of it. Protect your credentials — we support and recommend two-factor authentication.

3. The services

We provide hosting, virtual and GPU servers, domain registration, and related services as described at the time of order. Provisioning times, hardware specifications and regional availability are stated per product and may change for new orders; changes never reduce what an existing paid term already includes.

4. Billing

Usage-based services bill per second against the stated cap; subscription services bill per cycle in advance. Charges accrue to a monthly statement which is finalized as a consolidated tax invoice at the end of each calendar month. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes (including GST where relevant) are added and itemized on the invoice.

Credits

Account credit (top-ups, refunds issued as credit) applies to charges oldest-first and has no cash value outside the platform. Promotional credit may carry an expiry date shown when granted; expired promotional credit is removed, but discounts already applied to past orders are never clawed back.

Renewals and non-payment

Services with auto-renew enabled charge your default payment method ahead of the due date. If payment fails or auto-renew is off, the service continues to its due date, is then suspended after the grace period stated for the product, and is terminated (with data deleted) after the further period stated for the product. We send reminders before each step.

Refunds

Per-second services stop billing the moment you stop them. Hosting plans carry a 14-day first-purchase money-back guarantee; domains and licensed add-ons are non-refundable. The full rules are in the Refund Policy, which is part of this agreement.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any service from the panel. Cancellation suspends the service immediately and schedules termination after the product’s stated grace period, during which you may revoke the cancellation. After termination, data on the service is deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Acceptable use

Use of the services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may lead to suspension or termination as described there, including immediate action for severe abuse.

7. Your content and data

You keep all rights to content and data you host. You grant us only the licence needed to store, transmit and back it up to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you host and for your own backups beyond those included in your plan. Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

8. Domains

Domain services are fulfilled through accredited registrar partners and are additionally subject to the registry’s terms and ICANN policies, including transfer and dispute (UDRP) rules. Registration data is processed as those policies require.

9. Service levels and disclaimers

Uptime commitments and credits are defined in the SLA. Except as stated there, the services are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

10. Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the [3] months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend us against third-party claims arising from content you host or your breach of these terms, and cover resulting damages and reasonable costs.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least [30] days ahead by email and in the panel. Continuing to use the services after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]; the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
