If something on our network is attacking, defrauding or spamming you, we want to know — this is the fastest route to a human who can act on it.
What belongs here
- Spam or phishing sent from our IP space or hosted on our services
- Malware, command-and-control, or attack traffic (DDoS, scanning, brute force)
- Phishing or brand-impersonation sites hosted with us
- Copyright or trademark infringement notices
- Anything violating the Acceptable Use Policy
Billing or account issues are not abuse reports — those go to support and reach us just as fast.
What to include
Evidence is what lets us act on the first pass rather than write back for more:
- The offending IP, domain or URL
- Timestamps in UTC
- Raw evidence: full email headers for spam, relevant log excerpts for attacks, screenshots for hosted content
- How to reach you for follow-up
How we respond
Reports are triaged within one business day. Confirmed violations follow the enforcement ladder in the AUP — notice, suspension, termination — with severe cases (malware, phishing, CSAM) actioned immediately. We confirm the outcome to the address you report from; we do not share the customer’s identity with you, nor yours with them.
File a report
Open a ticket marked “Abuse” with the evidence above, or write to [abuse@company.tld]. Law enforcement requests: [legal@company.tld], including your agency and legal basis.
Good-faith reports
Honest reports are always welcome, even when they turn out to be mistaken. Deliberately false or harassing reports are themselves an abuse of this process.
