Questions

How is this different from the VPS plans?

VPS plans are fixed sizes at a fixed monthly price — simplest if you know what you need. Compute is the same hardware priced per component, so you can run a 2-vCPU / 64 GB cache node without paying for cores you'll never use.

What does an hour actually cost?

vCPU $0.011, RAM $0.0042 per GB, plus the storage tier. Monthly equivalents assume 730 hours.

Can I resize later?

Yes. Resizing is a reboot, not a migration — the disk stays, the vCPU and RAM allocation changes.

Which images are available?

The same catalog as the Linux and Windows VPS pages — Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Fedora and Windows Server. Windows carries its license in the price.
